You may be eligible for conservation program payments through the NEW Conservation Stewardship Program.

Have adopted conservation measures to protect natural resources on your agricultural or nonindustrial private forestland.
Are ready to apply new conservation activities to reach even greater levels of land stewardship.
Are willing to commit time to inventory and document your conservation activities.
The New Conservation Stewardship Program can help you address additional resource concerns and improve sustainable practices on your vineyards. To apply for program payments through the Fiscal Year 2009 enrollment, complete the following steps by September 30, 2009:
Complete a Self-Screening Checklist.
Verify program eligibility at your local USDA Service Center.
Submit a program application form.
Submit an operation map.
